Something in you is already speaking.

Through dreams.

Through emotion.

Through subtle shifts in the body.

Especially in periods of transition.

This practice is a structured way of learning how to listen — and how to understand what is being communicated.

Most people were never taught how to work with symbolic experience.

The Premise

Dreams and bodily experience are not random.

For over a century, depth psychology has treated them as meaningful expressions of the psyche — especially when life is changing.

Most of us were never taught how to work with this language.

We either dismiss it
or search for quick interpretations.

Here, we do something different.

We slow down.

We stay with images.

We notice felt sense.

We allow meaning to form gradually.

Over time, patterns emerge.

Clarity deepens.

Action becomes grounded.

What This Work Is Not

This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

It is not one-off dream interpretation.

It is not about decoding whether someone likes you, predicting outcomes, or receiving ready-made answers.

Dreams are not puzzles to be solved.

They are processes to be entered.

This work requires time, attention, and willingness to stay with what unfolds.

It is depth work.

The Method

This practice draws from Jungian approaches to dream exploration and Eugene Gendlin's Focusing method.

You are not given interpretations.

The dream belongs to the dreamer.

You develop the capacity to understand what your inner life is communicating.

Who This Is For

For thoughtful, intelligent adults who:

  • Are navigating significant transition
  • Sense something shifting beneath the surface
  • Rely on analysis — but know it is not enough
  • Are willing to engage symbol and emotion seriously

Not everyone is ready for this kind of work.

If you are, you are welcome.
